Mr. Jason Sun is a partner in International Trade and Investment group. He used to serve as the assistant director of Beijing WTO Centre, responsible for analysing legal documents of the Uruguay Round.

Jason focuses on international trade law, and advises Chinese clients on trade remedy investigations against China. He represented cases covering all procedures of the US trade remedy investigations, including initial investigation, annual review, new shipper, industry injury, sunset review, changed circumstance, anti-circumvention, scope ruling, and CIT and CAFC proceedings.
